All orders at Crumbelina are carefully prepared and made-to-order, so sales are generally final. We truly do our best to ensure that every order is prepared correctly, packed with care, and delivered as promised.

That said, we understand that unexpected situations can happen.

  • If you encounter an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can review the concern.
  • In cases of genuine concerns or unforeseen circumstances, we’re happy to assess the situation with care and consideration.
  • Any possible refund, replacement, or adjustment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed, but we promise to handle each concern fairly and thoughtfully.

🍪 Product Condition Disclaimer

  • We do not release damaged or spoiled products
  • If your order arrives damaged due to transit, we recommend coordinating directly with your courier for resolution.
  • Crumbelina is not liable for damages caused by courier mishandling, delays, or driving conditions.

🚚 Courier Booking & Handling

  • We highly encourage customers to book their own courier from the pick-up location so you can receive your order at a time most convenient for you
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, handling, transport, and delivery are beyond Crumbelina’s control.
  • Product condition upon arrival may vary depending on how the courier handles the package during transit.

While we pack all orders securely, any damage incurred during delivery is the responsibility of the courier.

💳 Payments & Order Processing

  • We operate on a payment-first policy.
  • Orders are only processed after full payment is confirmed.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
