📦 Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

At Crumbelina, every order is prepared with care and lots of love. To help set clear expectations and ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our shipping and pick-up guidelines below.

🗓 Fulfillment Schedule (Delivery & Pick-Up)

  • Delivery and/or pick-up schedules are usually from Friday to Monday.
  • Schedules may vary depending on the volume of orders for the week.
  • Once your order is confirmed and scheduled, we’ll share your pick-up or delivery details accordingly.

Please note that fulfillment dates are subject to change, especially during peak periods.

🚚 Courier Booking & Handling

  • We highly encourage customers to book their own courier from the pick-up location so you can receive your order at a time most convenient for you
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, handling, transport, and delivery are beyond Crumbelina’s control.
  • Product condition upon arrival may vary depending on how the courier handles the package during transit.

While we pack all orders securely, any damage incurred during delivery is the responsibility of the courier.

🍪 Product Condition Disclaimer

  • We do not release damaged or spoiled products
  • If your order arrives damaged due to transit, we recommend coordinating directly with your courier for resolution.
  • Crumbelina is not liable for damages caused by courier mishandling, delays, or driving conditions.

🔄 Changes to Orders, Pick-Up, or Delivery

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to help when possible.

  • Requests for changes (date, time, or details) should be sent via our social media pages:

  • All change requests are subject to internal approval, as we work on a fixed production and fulfillment schedule.
  • Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance for any requested changes whenever possible.
  • Requests made within 24 hours will be reviewed, but accommodation is not guaranteed.
  • Requests to move fulfillment to an earlier date are especially subject to availability.

Thank you for understanding that while we aim to be flexible, we may not always be able to accommodate last-minute or major changes.

💳 Payments & Order Processing

  • We operate on a payment-first policy.
  • Orders are only processed after full payment is confirmed.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

All orders at Crumbelina are carefully prepared and made-to-order, so sales are generally final. We truly do our best to ensure that every order is prepared correctly, packed with care, and delivered as promised.

That said, we understand that unexpected situations can happen.

  • If you encounter an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can review the concern.
  • In cases of genuine concerns or unforeseen circumstances, we’re happy to assess the situation with care and consideration.
  • Any possible refund, replacement, or adjustment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed, but we promise to handle each concern fairly and thoughtfully.

Our goal is always to make things right where we can, while still honoring the time, ingredients, and effort that go into every Crumbelina order.

🎁 Special Delivery Requests

  • We currently do not accommodate special delivery requests (e.g. surprise performances, personalized delivery actions, or similar arrangements).
  • Any additional delivery arrangements beyond standard fulfillment should be handled directly by the customer.
